7-Day Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Must be unused and unwashed
- Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Must be in resellable condition

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Sale items
- Bundle and BOGO offers
- Customized or limited-edition drops
These are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. In case of a defective product the customer has to return the product in original condition within 7 days of receiving it. Return shipping borne by the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and approved/ rejected within 2-3 working days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store wallet credit, based on your preference within 15 working days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for eligible apparel items, subject to stock availability.
You'll need to ship the product back at your own cost.
Once received and verified, we'll dispatch the replacement size or issue store credit if your preferred size is unavailable.
Once verified, the product will be dispatched within 7 working days.
