Devaiah M E & Devika Chandran Lead Dell Technologies to Mixed Doubles Title at Insportz Open

Devaiah M E and Devika Chandran of Dell Technologies opened the Badiwars 4.0 season with a strong statement, clinching the Mixed Doubles title at the Insportz Open, held on January 18 at Insportz Arena, Soukya Road, Whitefield.

As the first ranking tournament of the 2025 season, the Insportz Open provided an early test of combinations and composure. Devaiah and Devika rose to the challenge, delivering a measured and resilient campaign to secure Dell Technologies’ second title of the opening weekend.

A Controlled Run to the Title

In the semifinals, the Dell pairing faced Gincy George (GE) and Vinoth Chinnathambi (Aeva Perception). Devaiah and Devika asserted control early, dictating rallies and closing the match efficiently 21–9, 21–18.

The final saw them up against a strong pairing in Hareen Talluri (ICICI Bank) and Tejasvi B (Titan). After taking the opening game 21–17, the Dell duo were pushed back in the second, conceding it 17–21.

In the deciding game, both pairs traded momentum, but Devaiah and Devika showed superior composure in the closing stages to seal the championship 21–18, completing a memorable start to the season for Dell Technologies.
